Hey! I’m Russell, and for the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the world’s most iconic brands, connecting them with trailblazers across every level.
My career has taken me from the classic British high streets to the vibrant shores of Australia, but one thing remained clear wherever I worked: the recruitment industry was losing its way. An obsession with quick wins and shortcuts has distracted far too many from what really matters – people.
Frustrated by the status quo, I set out to create Etisk, where we do things a bit differently for the greater good of all of us.
